2022 Kit

• CYLINDER HEAD – Special GYTR® cylinder head fully machined to optimum cooling to the removable combustion chamber’s insert
• REMOVABLE COMBUSTION CHAMBER’S INSERT - NEW
  Insert has special unique shape to enhance performance. The latter can be replaced in case of damage
• PORTED CYLINDER WITH BOLT STUDS – NEW EDM ported cylinder with final hand tuning finishing, based upon YZ125 2022 model developed by GYTR®. Comes with new oil seal for the shaft of the exhaust valve system pre-installed
• PISTON ASSY - Piston developed by GYTR®. Complete with piston ring, piston pin and 2 circlips. GYTR® YZ 125 Kit piston has a different profile and material compared to standard piston. 1 Spare piston assy. is included in the kit
• CDI – NEW This new digital CDI is mapped by GYTR®. It provides optimum ignition characteristics to improve the basic performance of the GYTR®. Engine Kit
• EXHAUST PIPE – NEW The Kit exhaust pipe is made to provide a well-balanced performance and throttle response in both middle and high RPM ranges
• SILENCER – GYTR® designed the titanium silencer to reach the best engine power while ensuring the durability
• VFORCE® REED VALVE AIR INTAKE SYSTEM – Carbon fibre material for better throttle response and durability
• CARBURETTOR SETTING KIT (SET) - NEW This Setting Kit is selected to ensure the correct fuel/air mixture of the kit carburettor. The new needle has been developed by R&D department. Advice setting is given in kit manual
• CARBON IGNITION COVER – Lightweight ignition cover made on carbon fibre. This part is lighter and stronger compared to standard plastic to offer good protection to ignition system
• KIT MANUAL – NEW A specific kit manual for installing, setting and maintaining the GYTR® Kit
